Sunday, September 11, 2011: Thanks to all who attended the first Barn Dance, benefiting the ongoing restoration of the historic Bondurant Library!! Thanks to you, restoration work will continue this fall.
The event was made possible by Layne and Norris Brown and the Heart-2-Heart Ranch; Marilyn Filkins and Shelley & Kelly; Gene Bauer; and the many cookie-bakers and volunteers who stepped up as needed.

Monday, August 15, 2011: Thanks to everyone who made the 2011 Heritage Days a success! This year's raffle winners are Pat Allgier who won the Dockham "Eagle" print, and Pat Ehrman who won Claudia's "Dancing With the Gods" quilt. Thanks to all raffle ticket holders - you are all winners!
Huge thanks to Cliff Brown of Pinedale's Food Basket, who brought his horse trailer down to accept the remaining useful items. His thoughtfulness really streamlines our end-of-day efforts.
Heritage Days chairwoman June stresses that, next year, the Church will be open for donation drop-offs from Tuesday through Friday only, 9:30 - 1:00 only. And she requests more assistance early in the morning and late in the day of the Heritage Days event.
Sunday, June 26, 2011. 250 new books, donated by the Sublette County Library, are available to readers of all ages. Additional books are being added every week. Come and browse the new releases, classic literature, complete mystery sets, Western Americana, and expansive Children's and Young Adult section!

Plans are in place to assist you.
The local Fire Chiefs will be surveying the situation in each local area, and will have sandbags and material available at each of the Fire Stations for your use.

We will be monitoring each specific area where flooding has occurred in the past and will assist as necessary.

Sunday, June 26, 2011. Although the threatening weather kept some folks at home, those who did attend enjoyed a hearty lunch. Most stayed on through the afternoon to enjoy conversations with friends and neighbors, and to listen to the mellow sounds of local favorite Legends.

Nov. 23, 2010: Thanks to quick thinking and decisive action by the parents and others in our community, our voices were raised and have been heard! Last week, the Legislature's Select Committee moved the bill to the next meeting by leaving school funding the same as it is today. Click Save Our School for updates.
We are not completely out of the woods, but so far this is the best possible progress. A note from Cindy:
Nov. 2, 2010: The Department of Education is looking into changes in the way schools are financed, such that Bondurant School may be considered a Satellite school. This has serious ramifications for the future of Bondurant Elementary.
